Built on hill overlooking a swamp, the U.S. Capitol was a place where people got together to chat about what's happening and occasionally to make some plans about this and that. People just don't want it to be that simple as an explanation.
It's not the facts that someone affirms that makes him so deeply wrong, but what he leaves out, even if it is unknowable.
